“To support the Hualapai Tribe, the Tribal Council, the Department Directors, Program Managers, and the employees as a whole.” Additionally, the Tribal Council has delegated sufficient authority to the Human Resource Director to administer the tribes personnel management system enhancing employee relations through employee recognition program, newsletters, quality of life programs, and special activities.

The Human Resources Department provides an organizational framework to recruit, select, classify, compensate, develop and reward the Tribe’s diverse workforce, while ensuring an environment that optimizes productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.

The Hualapai Tribe is a federally recognized Indian Tribe located in northwestern Arizona. Hualapai means "People of the Tall Pines". In 1883 an executive order established the Hualapai reservation.

Employment with the Hualapai Tribe begins by filling out an application and turning it in to the Human Resources Department at the Tribal Office, or emailing it to scrozier@hualapai-nsn.gov To work for the Hualapai Tribe, you minimally need:
