Chief Francis E. Bradley Sr.

Chief Bradley is also a General Instructor, Radar Instructor and certified through IMBPA for bicycle patrol operations. Chief Bradley is a graduate of the FBI National Academy Session 232 and retired as a commander with the Navajo Nation Police Department where he served from 1980 to 2002. He serves as an Indian Country Representative on the FBI Criminal Justice Information system (CJIS) Uniform Crime Reporting Sub Committee and has been a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police for the past 15 years.
Deputy Chief Samuel Tsosie

Sr. Sergeant Tsosie is an administrative level supervisor who’s primary focus is on patrol operations, department infrastructure and other critical leadership and operational issues. Sr. Sergeant Tsosie has managed the Toys for Tots program on the Hualapai Nation for more than 7 years which has helped enhance the joy of the Holiday Season for the children of the tribe since its inception.
Criminal Investigations Sergeant Roger Felker
Years of police service: 17
He began his service with the Hualapai Nation Police Department in 2009.
Criminal Investigator Roger Felker is a Veteran of the United States Army and graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Criminal Investigator Training Program Class 005-2010. C.I. Felker supervises the Hualapai Nation Police Department.
Law Enforcement Assistant Wanda Quasula

LEA Wanda Quasula began her service with today’s Hualapai Nation Police Department 11 years ago when the Tribe entered into the current 638 contract. Prior to that time LEA Quasula had Graduated the United States Indian Police Academy in 1983 and served as a Tribal Police Officer.
Detective Chris Moore

Detective Moore is assigned to the Hualapai Nation Police Investigations Unit and is a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Criminal Investigator Training Program class 213-2012. Detective Moore is the lead Explorer Program Advisor and is a General Instructor.
Domestic Violence Investigator Noah Brock
Noah has returned to the Hualapai Nation Police to fill a lateral only position covered under a grant to conduct specific investigations. He is assigned to conduct follow up investigation on all domestic violence cases to ensure proper follow through and attention is given to every incident of domestic violence. Years of police service: 4 in law enforcement Noah is a member of the Navajo Nation.
Investigator Brock also has 10+ years working in EMS and fire. He is currently advancing his education and working towards a BS in homeland security.
Canine Officer Randy Hammontree
HNPD staff since 2006.
Officer Hammontree is the Hualapai Nation Police Department Canine Officer. Officer Hammontree is also a General Instructor, Field Training Officer and phlebotomist.
Police Canine Amigo
The Hualapai Police Department has one Canine member on the staff, he is a 6 year old Duetch Shepard born in Germany, Amigo is a tracking and drug detection specialist who is partnered with Officer Hammontree.
Youth Services Officer J. Goins

Years with the Hualapai Nation Police Department: 5.5
School Resource Officer Goins is supervised onder the Investigations Office of the Hualapai Nation Police Department and is a, General Instructor, G.R.E.A.T. Program Instructor, AED/CPR/First Aid Instructor and is National School Resource Officer Certified. Officer Goins has the primary duty of working with the Hualapai Nations children in the Hualapai Elementary School where he interacts with the students, provides for the safety of students and teaches. Officer Goins also organizes the Hualapai Youth Camp every year.
Sergeant Steven Badilla

Officer Badilla is a General Instructor, Field Training Instructor, Field Training Officer member of the National Association of Field Training Officers Board and is also Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus certified. Officer N. Nixon Years of Service: 13 HNPD staff since 2010 Officer Nixon is the administrative police officer. He is responsible for administrative and training duties. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management and is completing his Master’s Degree in Leadership. He is a General Instructo is also a certified Field Training Officer.

Officer Heiselman has only been with the Hualapai Nation Police Department a few years and has recently become a General Instructor.
Officer J. McDermott Years of police service: 18 Years with the Hualapai Nation Police Department: 1.5 Officer McDermott is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served 8 years. Officer McDermott is a General Instructor and Field Training Officer and Police K-9 Officer.Officer McDermott has training in Drug Interdiction Police Supervision and as a Bike Patrol Officer.

Sergeant Frayer is the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement coordinator, Surplus Property Disposal Coordinator and Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator. Sergeant Frayer is a General Instructor, Radar Instructor and Field Training Officer. Sergeant Frayer is also certified through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) as a commercial vehicle inspector and carries certifications for Truck and Trailers, Passenger Vehicles (i.e.: Busses), and HAZMAT carriers.
Officer Eusebio Banda

Officer Banda is currently assigned to patrol at Grand Canyon West. Officer Banda is certified through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) as a commercial vehicle inspector and carries certifications for Truck and Trailers and Passenger Vehicles (i.e.: Busses). Officer Banda is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
Officer Joseph Roberts

Officer Roberts served in the United States Air Force for 6 years as a Security Forces member and was Honorably Discharged in 2007. Officer Roberts attended the ALEA P.O.S.T. Police Academy in Phoenix Arizona. Officer Roberts is currently assigned to patrol and works out of the Grand Canyon West Sub-Station.
